New mobile home floor plans, sheet by sheet
Four representative models from our current manufacturer lineup, from a 1,140 sq ft single wide to a 2,584 sq ft triple wide. Open a spec sheet for full dimensions, room layouts, and the options you can change on each plan. No prices on these pages by design — every home is specced to order, so we quote your exact build, not a lot sticker.

Two numbers matter most on any floor plan: the box dimensions (like 28' × 64') describe the factory sections as shipped, while the living area is the finished interior square footage — always a little less than width times length, because hitches and wall thickness don't count. Bed and bath counts tell you the layout family, but walk the plan before you decide: two 3-bed / 2-bath homes can live completely differently depending on whether the bedrooms are split or stacked.
Don't see the layout you need? These four sheets are a sample of what we can order, not the whole catalog. Tell us your bedroom count, your land situation, and how you actually live — we'll pull the manufacturer plans that match and spec one to your order.
