Because every home we sell is ordered from the factory to your spec, our lot works more like a design studio than a car lot. The model homes on site are there so you can feel the difference between a 16-foot single wide hallway and a 28-foot double wide living room before you commit to one on paper. Our team handles the whole chain — factory order, transport, leveling, tie-downs, utility hookups, and the final walk-through — so you're never coordinating between three contractors who don't talk to each other.
